I am Hamid. I was born in the desert, I grew up among dunes and camels...I love my home, my life.

I am amazigh, a tribe rooted in the desert, with some traditions and culture that even today we live intensely, as if time has not passed. Here, life goes by without thinking of tomorrow, the tranquillity, the silence of our landscapes, the nights full of light but also our music and joy usually pleases those who get to know it.

My great desire is to show you the beauty, peace and hospitality of my people.

Soy amazigh, un pueblo arraigado al desierto, con unas tradiciones y cultura que aún hoy vivimos intensamente, como si el tiempo no hubiera pasado. Aquí la vida transcurre sin pensar en el mañana, la tranquilidad, el silencio de nuestros paisajes, las noches llenas de luz pero también nuestra música y alegría suelen agradar a quien viene a conocernos.

When I first stepped on the Sahara desert I knew I would come back. Its people, the silence, the feeling of deep contact with Mother Nature, the peace and beauty of its landscape; all this captivated me massively.

Now my life lies between two worlds: the one where I grew up and the one where I revived and found that inner balance I so yearned for, the Sahara.

Me llamo Mireia. Nací en una pequeña ciudad cerca de Barcelona, de profesión maestra y vocación viajera. Siempre me ha fascinado conocer países y culturas diferentes a la mía, enriquece la mente y el espíritu...

Cuando pisé por primera vez el desierto del Sáhara supe que volvería. Su gente, el silencio, la sensación de contacto profundo con la madre Tierra, la paz y la belleza de su paisaje me cautivaron profundamente.

Ahora mi vida está entre dos mundos, el que me vió crecer y donde renací y encontré el equilibrio interior que tanto anhelaba, el Sáhara.
